Remodeling of approximately 7,500 s.f. of the first and second floors in building #6 (Phase 1) and adding approximately 36,000 s.f. to house programs currently in building 3, as well as the adding a new elevator and restrooms tower to service building 5 & 6 (Phase 2). The remodeling involves a complete re-tasking of the space with new drywall partitions, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, new windows, flooring and other finishes.
